Bike Bakersfield’s Bike Kitchen offers our area’s residents a place and tools to work on their bikes, as well as a helping hand from our knowledgeable mechanics. Your $10,000 sponsorship will support staffing and overhead of keeping the Bike Kitchen up and running for one year. Your logo or name will appear on the front page and the Bike Kitchen sections of our website at bikebakersfield.org as well as on the front window at 1708 Chester Avenue.

More Information on these programs is available on our Bike Kitchen page, and our Recycle-a-Bicycle page.

$5,000 Tabling Sponsorship
Bike Bakersfield attends many events throughout the year including local races, festivals and street fairs promoting our organization and recruiting members.

Your $5,000 sponsorship will support staffing and canopy costs for one year of community events. Your logo or name will appear on the on side rails and back wall of our canopy, and table cover, as well as the front page of our website at bikebakersfield.org.

$1,000 Workshop Sponsorship
Kids’ Workshop Photo
Bike Bakersfield conducts workshop series for community members to learn more about bicycling and bicycle maintenance.

Your $1,000 sponsorship will be used to support one of these series, such as Ladies Nights, High School Nights, or Kids Workshops. Your logo or name will appear on the Classes section of our website at bikebakersfield.org as well as flyers for the workshops.

    Date: Monday, April 30th, 8 p.m.

    Location: Beach Park

About: Join us for a family-friendly, all-ages cruise starting at Beach Park and following the bike path to the Marketplace. The ride is finished once the group reaches the Marketplace, so make sure you have a plan to get back to where you started! Some like to park at the Marketplace and ride to Beach Park prior to the start of the ride so they may enjoy the rest of the evening without having to ride back.

FYI: California Vehicle Code requires bicyclists under age 18 to wear a helmet. The vehicle code also requires bicycles to have a front facing headlamp and at least a red rear facing reflector when being ridden at night. Its not only the law, but a great way to keep yourself safe!
